Machine commissioning
In active cooperation with the client, we carry out a full range of work, from assembly and installation of the machine itself, its settings and ending with geometric accuracy tests.
Personnel training
As part of the final part of the machine commissioning, we conduct training for the client's personnel. The training methodology includes not only familiarization with the design and operation of the machine, but also with its operational and preventive maintenance. We maintain regular contact with our clients.
Technical support
As part of technical support, we try to make the work of those who work with our products as easy as possible. Prepared instructions and clear tables of technical parameters help make the work easier for users and give advice on solving the main types of problems. Thanks to constant contact with our partners, we can exchange all important information with them, and also provide it to our clients as needed.
Equipment repair
Based on our experience, we are used to providing services to clients: both in the form of "ON-LINE", i.e. remote support, and in the form of a visit to the client for on-site repair. To help us resolve your request more quickly, please include your machine type, serial number and a brief description of the problem in your message.
Spare Parts Supply
We consider the supply of spare parts an integral part of our support. Thanks to good connections with a number of component suppliers, we have the opportunity to use their warehouse stocks.
